Kim Spencer

Kim Spencer is a television broadcaster and producer of more than 60 documentaries and news specials. He helped pioneer satellite “spacebridges” between the US and Soviet Union in the 1980’s, culminating in the Emmy Award-winning "Capital to Capital" series of seven live broadcasts on ABC linking the US Congress with the USSR Supreme Soviet.
